Pest Control in Annandale

How it works
You tell us what you’re seeing and we quote you for free, before anything is booked. Accept it and you’ll get a confirmation email with the pre-treatment advice — what to move, what to cover, what to put away — so the place is ready when we arrive. The day before, you get an SMS reminder. On the day we turn up when we said we would, treat the areas the pests are actually using rather than just spraying a perimeter and leaving, and take payment by EFTPOS once the work is done. You’ll get post-treatment advice before we go, and an email a week later to check whether the activity has stopped. If it hasn’t, that’s the conversation we want to be having.
Why us
The work is done by Rob, who founded the business and is a licensed pest technician, and by Dale. Rob came to this from electrical engineering, which is a useful background for the part of the job most people never see — reading a house, working out where pests are getting in and what’s keeping them there, and treating that instead of the symptom. The one-week check-in email exists for the same reason: if we’d rather not hear back from you, we shouldn’t be sending it.
What it costs
Quotes are free and the price is confirmed with you before we start, so nothing changes once the job is underway. What drives it is straightforward: which pest, how big the house is, and whether you want a single problem treated or an annual treatment covering the lot. Payment is by EFTPOS on the day, after the work is done. Tell us what you’re dealing with and we’ll give you a number — no inspection fee to find out.
Getting started
Book online, or call and describe what you’re seeing and where. We’re here Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. If you can mention how long it’s been going on, whether you’ve tried anything yourself, and whether there are pets or small children in the house, the quote comes back faster and closer to the final figure.
