Our story is a unique fusion of two distinct backgrounds. Rob Zamperoni spent nearly a decade as a consultant Electrical Engineer with one of Australia’s major engineering firms.
Rob’s career in engineering consultancy taught him the non-negotiable principles of exceptional customer service: meticulous communication and uncompromising quality. In engineering, an exacting eye for detail is paramount—small errors can lead to major issues, while good design ensures positive outcomes for clients. For years, Rob managed large teams and delivered complex design projects for significant clients across Northern Australia, including the Department of Defence, Queensland Health, and the Department of Education. His natural communication skills were essential for balancing the diverse personalities and priorities required to deliver projects in harmony.
Notably, Rob contributed significantly to the electrical design for the Daydream Island resort rebuild after Cyclone Debbie severely damaged the resort, and more recently, served as an assistant design manager for a $55M+ Commonwealth-funded infrastructure project, leading a design team of over 20 individuals.
