Booking Terms
For customers located outside of Townsville using our online booking system – we may need to alter your booking day or time to account for increased travel allowances and operational efficiencies. We will discuss this with you when we call and reserve the right to make this change on the condition of you using the online booking service we offer.
Referral Terms
Zamp Customer Referral Program – Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: September 1, 2025.
Welcome to the Zamp Customer Referral Program (“Program”). This Program allows our valued customers to receive a reward for referring new customers to us. By participating in the Program, you (“the Referrer”) agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
- The Referrer: To be eligible to make referrals, you must be an existing customer who has completed and paid for at least one service with Zamp.
- The Referred Customer: A “Referred Customer” must be a new customer who has not previously used any of Zamp’s services. Referrals of existing or former customers will not qualify.
2. How to Make a Qualifying Referral For a referral to be considered “qualified” and count towards your reward, the Referred Customer must:
- a) Contact Zamp to book a service.
- b) At the time of booking, provide both the full name of the Referrer and the unique referral code that was emailed to the Referrer with their service report. This code is essential for tracking and validating the referral.
- c) Complete their booked service and pay their invoice in full.
Two (2) qualified referrals are required to earn the reward.
3. The Referral Reward
- Upon the confirmation of two (2) qualified referrals, the Referrer will be entitled to one (1) complimentary Service, which is stated in the email given to the Referrer with their service report.
- The reward is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and is non-refundable.
- The reward is limited to the specified service and does not cover specialised treatments, follow-up services, or any other service offered by Zamp.
4. Referral Window and Offer Expiration
- The opportunity for a Referrer to make qualifying referrals is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of the service invoice where the referral offer was initially presented.
- Any referrals made after this 12-month period will not be considered qualified and will not count towards the reward.
5. Redemption and Special Conditions
- Once two successful referrals have been made, Zamp will notify you.
- The reward service is subject to standard booking availability and must be for a property within our regular service area.
- This reward cannot be used or combined with any other discount, promotion, or special offer.
6. Program Changes and Termination Zamp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Zamp also reserves the right to disqualify any referrals that appear to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms. All decisions made by Zamp regarding the Program are final and binding.
